Our foot posture and arch position can greatly impact the way we stabilize our core and activate our glutes. This means that as our arches start to flatten, there is often a subsequent delay in glute strength.
Below are 3 of my favorite exercises for waking up the muscles that support our arch and build a strong foot foundation.
1. Forward Lean Exercise
2. Single Leg Balance
3. Ball Between Heel Raise
Perform at least 2-3 x a week.
